About You:

The Senior Marketing Strategist is an experienced marketer who is well-versed in marketing channels including email, social media, SEO, and more. This position focuses on building digital marketing strategies for B2B & B2C clients, deepening relationships with clients - strong focus on client retention - and working very closely with other different teams within the Digital Marketing department.

Responsibilities:

  • Grow and maintain assigned key client accounts and provide ongoing client support
  • Establish & uphold marketing strategies across a variety of channels including but not limited to email, social media, SEO, paid ads, content marketing
  • Create automated lead nurturing campaigns
  • Develop, present, and execute marketing plans and brand strategies
  • Creating and distributing content across a variety of channels for clients as well as managing content development by additional team members
  • Understand and keep up to date on the latest marketing trends
  • Lead internal and client-facing team meetings
  • Developing and implementing client relationship management strategies
  • Establishing efficient communication channels and liaising between key clients and internal departments
  • Handling client queries and finding innovative solutions for complex problems
  • Monitoring performance metrics and facilitating timely interventions
  • Performing recordkeeping, as well as preparing and presenting reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or a related field
  • A minimum of 3 years experience as a marketing coordinator or similar
  • Agency experience is a plus
  • Extensive marketing experience through tactics like email, social media, SEO, content marketing, and paid ads
  • In-depth knowledge of client relationship management strategies
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment
  • Outstanding client communication/customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals and teams

    Additional Information:

    • 🕘 Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5PM EST (8 hours + 30 min lunch break)
    • 💼 Full-Time: 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri
    • 💰 Monthly Salary: $1500 USD
    • 📑 Type of Contract: Independent contractor
