About You:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Motum, you'll lead our recruitment efforts by creating job descriptions, posting offers, and managing applications. You'll identify top candidates, conduct initial interviews, and ensure they are a great fit for our clients. You'll also keep our candidate database organized, stay updated on industry trends, and help us bring in the best talent to support Motum's growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand role requirements and create effective job descriptions
  • Post job offer on LinkedIn and on our ATS
  • Sort through resumes of LinkedIn applicants
  • Identify best candidates and import them into our internal ATS
  • Conduct qualification process of pre-selected candidates via tailored questionnaires
  • Assess salary fit for each position, considering local market and domestic salary rates
  • Conduct initial video interviews in English to assess a candidate's qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for clients
  • Establish a strong initial connection and articulate the benefits of the opportunity
  • Maintain an accurate and organized candidate database, keeping track of communication and candidate progress through the recruitment process
  • Nurture relationships with passive candidates in our database who may be a good fit for active roles
  • Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings
  • Edit CVs for applicants or request applicants to do so based on best practices and job description
  • Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and the competitive landscape to ensure the ability to attract the best candidates
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management regarding sourcing activity and performance.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of sourcing experience, in-house, or in an agency setting is preferred
  • Remote work experience preferred
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling recruitment efforts in a fast-paced environment
  • In-depth knowledge of sourcing techniques and strategies, particularly utilizing LinkedIn and other professional networks

Additional Information:

  • 🕘 Working Hours: Flexible, depending on project needs (PST time)
  • 💼 Part-Time: Estimated 20-25 hours per week
  • 💰Monthly Compensation: $500-$700 USD (part-time role)
  • 📑 Type of Contract: Independent contractor
