About You:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sales Manager who can drive sales growth through effective management and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, managing substantial sales volumes, and leveraging CRM tools to maximize efficiency and customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to consistently deliver outstanding results and exceed sales quotas.
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients to expand the customer base.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop compelling sales collateral, campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and optimize the sales process.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market insights, and strategic initiatives to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales management roles, with demonstrated sales growth and achievement of targets.
- Experience managing $5-$10M in sales volume annually.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, trends, and best practices.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales productivity tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking ability
Other:
- Working Hours: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST. Monday to Friday
- Salary Range: $1500 - $2000+ USD depending on experience
