About You:

The Paid Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing paid marketing campaigns across various platforms to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital advertising strategies, excellent analytical skills, and a track record of delivering successful campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid marketing strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and key opportunities.
  • Create detailed media plans, including budget allocation and channel selection.

Campaign Management:

  • Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and other relevant channels.
  • Manage keyword research, ad copy creation, and landing page optimization.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve ROI.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Use analytics tools to measure and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Prepare regular reports on key metrics, campaign results, and budget utilization.
  • Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective strategies and tactics.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with the content, design, and product teams to ensure campaign assets align with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts support lead generation and sales objectives.
  • Communicate campaign results and insights to stakeholders, providing clear recommendations for future actions.

Budget Management:

  • Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximize campaign performance.
  • Monitor spending and adjust strategies to ensure cost-efficiency and high ROI.

Stay Current with Industry Trends:

  • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and paid advertising.
  • Continuously seek out new opportunities to improve campaign performance and drive growth.

          Requirements & Qualifications:

          • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
          • 3+ years of experience in paid marketing, digital advertising, or a similar role.
          • Proven track record of managing successful paid marketing campaigns.
          • Proficiency with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
          • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
          • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
          • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.
          • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
          • Certification in Google Ads or other relevant platforms is a plus.
          • Agency experience is a plus

            Other:

            • Working Hours: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST. Monday to Friday
            • Salary Range: $1400 - $2000 USD depending on experience
            • Type of Contract: Independent contractor
